As Managing Partner, John combines legal experience with a business-minded approach to pursue the maximum compensation his clients deserve. He takes the time to understand each client’s unique situation, develop a personalized legal strategy, and stand up to insurance companies on their behalf. Having successfully handled numerous trials across a variety of cases in civil matters, John brings valuable courtroom experience to every case. His willingness and ability to take cases to trial gives clients confidence and strengthens their position during settlement negotiations.

John earned both his Juris Doctor and MBA from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law and received the CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Drafting. He is licensed to practice in all courts in Nevada, California, and Utah.

John has been recognized by Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers for his professional excellence, including being named to Super Lawyers – Mountain States (2025) and The Best Lawyers in America (2026).
