Nevada Laws That Protect Cyclists
Nevada law gives cyclists the same rights and responsibilities as drivers of motor vehicles. Under NRS 484B.270, cyclists are permitted to ride in the roadway, and drivers must give them at least three feet of clearance when passing. Failing to provide that clearance is a violation of state law.
