From the beginning of his career, Austin was drawn to representing injured individuals because he saw not only how overwhelming the aftermath of an accident can be, but also how unfairly insurance companies treat the victims of any accident. He believes that every client deserves an advocate who will level the playing field against insurance companies and ensure they are treated fairly throughout the process.

Austin is a relentless and devoted attorney with a focus on ensuring those unfairly injured by the actions of others receive the maximum amount of compensation—compensation that spans well beyond what might show up on someone’s doctor’s bill.

Austin’s experience in personal injury law began long before he became an attorney. At just 19 years old, he joined a prominent Las Vegas litigation firm as a legal assistant, where he worked closely with injured clients and gained firsthand insight into every stage of a personal injury claim. Over the next several years, he advanced to the role of paralegal while continuing his education before earning his Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV.

Spending nearly a decade working on personal injury cases in a variety of roles has given Austin a unique perspective that benefits his clients today. He understands how successful cases are built from the ground up, knows the importance of the details that insurance companies often scrutinize, and recognizes the strategies insurers use to minimize claims. Drawing on that experience, Austin develops thoughtful, well-prepared cases for every client designed to maximize each clients’ recovery while moving their claims forward as efficiently as possible.

Austin earned his Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law, where he received multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is licensed to practice in all Nevada state courts and the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.

Austin believes that effective representation means more than negotiating with insurance companies or preparing for litigation—it means being available when clients have questions, helping them navigate unexpected challenges, and providing clear guidance during an often stressful and uncertain time. Austin strives to ensure every client feels informed, heard, supported, and confident that their case is receiving the attention it deserves.
