Licensed to practice in Nevada and Utah, Sam has substantial courtroom experience representing clients in state courts and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. His experience handling contested legal matters, including through trial, has strengthened his courtroom advocacy, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Clients can trust that their case will be prepared thoroughly, evaluated carefully, and handled with the attention to detail it deserves.

Sam’s educational background reflects his commitment to excellence. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Utah before receiving his Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV. He later earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Georgetown University, giving him an exceptional foundation in legal analysis, financial matters, and complex problem-solving to develop practical strategies to advocate effectively for his clients.

Throughout his career, Sam has earned recognition from both his peers and the legal community.
